If you are having trouble with push and wondering if it is set up this might be an area to check.

This is from iTunes with your device hooked up.

Another thing for the iPhone or iTouch - make sure you go to settings and verify that push is set up and not manual.

Well - I see something I miss already - on the old .mac homepage they had that section that listed issues and eta's for resolutions. Don't see anything like that now - it just takes you to your page with the mail page being the default start up page.

The system status report is now on the MobileMe support page

Thanks - I looked everywhere but there.

I'm not getting that cloud transfer they show on the videos etc. - except for the ipod touch. The MBP is set to sync via mobile me but is doing the regular auto sync. So whatever timetable that is on is when things move. I think it goes every 15 minutes or so - the iMac says the last sync was at 1:09 and the MBP says 1:12.

I restarted the iMac and nothing
I then told the MBP to sync and got an error telling me it couldn't sync do to inconsistencies in the calendar. Of course there are inconsistencies. One calendar has one more item that the other :-( That is what sync is for. So...
I went in and unregistered the computers, registered them and then deleted the info on .mac and reset it all up and synced - mac to .mac and .mac to MBP. zilch , nada nothing and I can't get into the calendar at the mobileme website to see if it even got that far. It takes me to the mail page and when I click on the calendar icon it asks me to sign in and and then times out to the page not found error. I also get a white page that says unauthorized in the top left like it was typed by an old remington. I think I might just need to wait til tomorrow and see if it calms down.

Tismeinaz, I think I read in one of the announcements that the transition may take up till the 24th to complete fully. So if I were in your shoes I wouldn't try to force the matter at this time. It might be best to set it as it's supposed to be set then wait and see if it straightens up as time goes by. If by the 24th things still aren't working right, then I'd start tinkering with the configuration again.

EDIT:
Did you get an update for "Mac OS X Update For MobileMe" (1.1)?
May help to run Software Update, too.

Oops, I hadn't read page three before replying to this post. Not enough sleep lately. But it's still good advice for others to check.

Where are you getting those tabs from Rick?
Is this an iTunes account, or iTunes on your Mac?
Of course, I don't have an iPhone or Touch ipod which may, or may not, make a difference.

This must be how it looks if you have an iPhone. It looks different if you just have the touch :-)

Thought as much, I don't have any devices, i.e. iPhone, iTouch, iTV, so I don't get that stuff. :(

EDIT:
Just for the sake of argument, I did have two "devices" hooked up - an iMac and a MacBook Pro. :p

de-vice |noun|
1 a thing made or adapted for a particular purpose, esp. a mechanical or electronic contrivance : a measuring device.
    • an explosive contrivance; a bomb : an incendiary device.
    • archaic the design or look of something : works of strange device.
2 a plan, scheme, or trick with a particular aim : writing a public letter is a traditional device for signaling dissent.
    • a turn of phrase intended to produce a particular effect in speech or a literary work : a rhetorical device.
3 a drawing or design : the decorative device on the invitations.
    • an emblematic or heraldic design : their shields bear the device of the Blazing Sun.
